Additional Requirements:

- Have to travel outside of Dhaka on short notice period
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in hardware & tools, and industrial items.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Google Work Space.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling hardware & tools and industrial products, along with excellent communication and persuasive skills. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our diverse range of hardware & tools products.
Reporting Locations:
- Banani, Dhaka
- Nawabpur, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Have to travel outside of Dhaka multiple times for product promotion and to prepare sales reports.
