∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, International/ Export Marketing, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Fire Fighting and Safety, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies, HVAC System, Interior Design, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
∎ Travelling to visit potential clients
∎ Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
∎ Managing and interpreting customer requirements
∎ Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
∎ Calculating and Prepare client quotations / proposals
∎ Negotiating proposal, tender and contract terms
∎ Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Offering after-sales support services
∎ Administering client accounts
∎ Analysing costs and sales
∎ Preparing sales reports and submit to the managements for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress
∎ Meeting regular sales targets
∎ Recording and maintaining client contact data
∎ Co-ordinating sales projects
∎ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
∎ Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
∎ Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
∎ Solving client problems thru technical teams
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Ability to conduct feasibility study of upcoming project & guide accordingly.
∎ Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A solid technical background
∎ Sound judgment and good business sense
∎ Team working ability
∎ The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Resilience and tenacity
∎ Independence
∎ Increasingly, foreign language skills are in demand
