Experience:
Actively identify and research potential clients (hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty centers) through various channels (online research, industry events, referrals, cold calling, networking).
Qualify leads to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within healthcare organizations (e.g., Hospital Directors, IT Heads, Medical Superintendents, Finance Managers).
Understand client challenges and pain points to effectively position our HMS as the optimal solution.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our HMS product features, functionalities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our HMS addresses their specific needs.
Clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of our HMS.
Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations.
Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on market insights and client feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical support, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
