Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to meet business goals.Execute promotional campaigns (online & offline) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
∎ 2)Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to enhance engagement.Create and schedule content (posts, ads, newsletters) aligned with brand messaging.Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online presence and website traffic.
∎ 3)Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.Provide insights to refine marketing approaches and product positioning.
∎ 4)Event Coordination & PR Activities: Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.Support PR efforts to enhance media relations and brand reputation.
∎ 5)Sales & Lead Generation Support: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.Generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives.
∎ 6)Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs (ROI, engagement rates, conversion) and prepare reports for management.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to measure effectiveness.
