∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in Fruits sales( Apples, Pears, Grape, Orange , Dry Foods & Spice etc.) Communication Skills:
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
∎ Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
∎ Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
∎ Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
∎ Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our fruit products.
∎ Order Management: Manage the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, detailing progress and performance against targets.
