∎ Required Skills- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the fruits (Apples, Pears, Grape, Orange & Spice etc.)
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and sales software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for the fruit’s division.
∎ Identify and build relationships with key customers, wholesalers, and distributors.
∎ Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
