Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct VTS market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with VTS clients and prospects.
∎ Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, in person.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their views and concerns.
∎ Visit existing VTS customers on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Maintain proper documentation.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Reviewing sales performance.
∎ Working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in VTS (Vehicle Tracking Service) are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance based annual increment. After six month probation period opportunity become permanent with a revised salary.
