∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Experienced in Travel Agency and Sales, Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadous, Sabre or Galileo, Tour Operator, Flight, Hotel and Transport Reservation, Tour Package Planning, Pricing and Delivery, Visa Processing, Transport Service and Immigration Rules, and Customer Service
∎ Must have Knowledge on Tour Packages, Tour Destination, Visa Related Work and Air Tickets
∎ Strong Communication Skill in English and Bangla
∎ Must have Professional Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Basic Graphics Design and Canva)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide updated information on tourist visa requirements, and fast and error-free visa processing
∎ Book and manage tour operator, flight, hotel and transport reservation, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellation
∎ Plan, price and deliver tour packages as per market and customer demand
∎ Use global distribution system (GDS) such as Amadous, Sabre or Galileo and OTAs in an adept manner
∎ Provide accurate quotation and ensure the best value option for customer
∎ Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
∎ Keep and share up to date knowledge of airline rules, policies and promotional offers
∎ Provide travel itineraries and ensuring all bookings comply with client
∎ Maintain records of customer, transactions and reports for management as and when needed
