Responsibilities & Context:
- Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
- Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
- Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
- Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly sales reports.
- Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team`s help.
- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
