Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, and other online platforms.
Basics Computer Skills, including familiarity with Data Entry systems, Databases, and relevant.
Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales
Assist customers throughout the purchase process and resolve post-sale issues
Monitor and analyze online sales performance and suggest improvements
Collaborate with the digital marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and lead generation
Maintain customer records using CRM tools
Required Operator must work NIGHT SHIFT (9:00 PM-7:00 AM) from the Office.
