Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 42 years
  1. At least five years’ experience working in technology-based business as a Sales Executive.
  2. A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels, and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  3. You will be able to develop and execute sales growth plans including sector programs and strategic account plans.
  4. A creative and innovative mindset with a strong commercial acumen, able to work autonomously and in a team.
  5. Ability to foster a culture of performance within the Sales and Pre-Sales Teams aligned with a company’s strategy framework.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and in Bengali.
  7. Experience working in a structured environment with detailed processes around sales planning and activity management.
  8. Positive attitude, you will need to be persuasive, engaging, and able to develop and position a story.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identify and expand into high-value market sectors and exceed sales targets.

  2. Protect and grow business with existing clients.

  3. Accurate pipeline management, reporting and forecasting.

  4. Lead an effective Sales Team and Pre-sales Team to execute sector sales plans and effective account plans for existing and new markets.

  5. Generate quality proposal / tender documents.

  6. Collaborate in defining new products and solutions extensions with Solutions Team and other key stakeholders.

  7. Comply with our organization sales operational and governance requirements.

  8. Represent the Company as one of our thought leaders at client engagements and strategic event platforms.
