Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, Service Sales, B2C sales.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and Bangla.
∎ • Having driving License & Motorbike will be preferred
∎ Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales, Service Sales, B2C sales.
∎ • Good IT skill (Word, Excel, Power-point, e-mail)
∎ • This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and aggressive selling attitude.
∎ • The job will require continuous client (b2b) visits and field work.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent proposal writing, and presentation skills is a must – both in English and Bangla.
∎ • A natural ability to generate new business within and outside of your network and deal with clients at all levels.
∎ • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
∎ • Sign up target markets and customers to create new business opportunities and sales.
∎ • Follow the sales process (visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, etc).
∎ • Work as the key player in achieving given sales targets.
∎ • Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for Business.
∎ • Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell products and services,
∎ • Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
∎ • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
∎ • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
