∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ MBA will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge in marketing of blocks or construction related products, should have good liaison with government and private organizations.
∎ Should be achieving monthly target of the company.
∎ Product Sale to Corporate Clients establish & relationship with potential clients.
∎ Liaising and networking with customers and colleagues.
∎ Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships;
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, meeting, seminar with clients;
∎ Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
∎ Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
∎ Generating Govt. Tenders.
∎ Quotation handling and Negotiating.
∎ Handling promotions of a company and its brand.
∎ Planning and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
∎ Maintaining and updating customer databases.
∎ Costing knowledge of the products.
∎ Must be very pro -active.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in selling and marketing of concrete block or building materials
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Any relevant job assigned by the Company
