Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure individual sales target is achieved.
∎ Ensure that contract start up is completed to customer's satisfaction.
∎ Sales call, tele call to find new business.
∎ Ensure customer's satisfaction and secure existing business.
∎ Follow up sales call and contract.
∎ Closing a business with negotiation and sign the contract.
∎ Continually updates information on local market trends and competition.
∎ Meets with customers after sales to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction with services provided.
∎ Informs supervisor of the potential problem.
∎ Creating Proposal, presentation.
∎ Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly.
∎ Having capacities to plan, organize and execute all sorts of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Actively ensure sales team targets are achieved within specified market.
