Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Acquisition:
∎ Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent revenue generation.
∎ Relationship Building:
∎ Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their financial goals and offering appropriate investment solutions.
∎ Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
∎ Sales Presentation and Consultation:
∎ Conduct presentations and consultations with clients to introduce our brokerage services, investment products, and value propositions.
∎ Tailor solutions to match clients' needs and financial aspirations.
∎ Client Onboarding and Support:
∎ Guide clients through the account opening process, assisting with documentation and compliance requirements.
∎ Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
∎ Sales Targets and Reporting:
∎ Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
∎ Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and achievements to track performance.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Develop a strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and brokerage services.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with internal departments such as research, compliance, and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth client experiences.
∎ Continuous Learning:
∎ Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of 2-4 years in financial services sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial industry.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
∎ Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
∎ Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
