Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

This role is intended for experienced real estate sales professionals with a proven background in apartment and property sales. The Executive/Senior Executive will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and convert qualified leads into successful bookings. The positions require strong communication skills, field-level client engagement, and the ability to handle premium clients with professionalism. Selected candidates will play a key role in achieving sales targets and supporting the company’s business growth in Dhaka’s real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Handle customer inquiries, conduct client meetings, arrange site visits, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain and nurture leads through structured follow-up, relationship building, and timely communication.
  • Prepare and present offers, pricing details, payment schedules, and negotiation discussions as per company guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, corporate clients, and real estate referral partners.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, client records, and deal status updates in coordination with the Sales Team.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including campaigns, property fairs, events, and digital lead initiatives.
  • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer insights to support management decisions.
  • Ensure proper documentation during booking, agreement processing, and client handover by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and updates for management review.
