Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through proper planning (সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা)
Lead and monitor sales team performance (সেলস টিম পরিচালনা ও মনিটর করা)
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads (নতুন ব্যবসার সুযোগ তৈরি করা)
Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up (ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies (কার্যকর সেলস স্ট্রাটেজি বাস্তবায়ন করা)
Analyze market trends and competitor activities (বাজার ও প্রতিযোগী বিশ্লেষণ করা)
Prepare regular sales reports for management (সেলস রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা)
