∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Sales, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for multiple products.
∎ Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
∎ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Proven experience in a similar role.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and local language.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
∎ Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The selected candidate will be appointed on a probationary period of six months, with a monthly salary of 15,000 BDT. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the salary will increase up to 100,000 BDT per month, contingent on performance.
