Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing online sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
∎ Managing and maintaining online sales platforms, such as e-commerce websites, social media platforms, and online marketplaces.
∎ Looking after all kind of online (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) quires in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with customers through email marketing, social media engagement, and other online channels.
∎ Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Maintaining and staying up to date about product Inventory
∎ Managing all online and offline orders
∎ Attending online calls
∎ Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, such as partnerships and collaborations with other businesses or influencers.
∎ Arranging and maintaining exhibitions.
∎ Billing and maintaining all the orders.
∎ Creating and managing sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Providing excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online sales.
