Context:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive for our Hanger Division to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales growth. The incumbent will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Collect and confirm customer orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing.

• Follow up with the factory and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

• Coordinate with customers on LC, UD, acceptance, and payment issues to ensure proper order closure.

• Monitor sales activities and provide feedback on market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and follow-ups.

• Support the AGM-Hanger Sales in achieving departmental and organizational sales targets.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
