Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly sales target
∎ Able to lead a group of team members for marketing and business development
∎ Generating leads for new customers, onboard new sales areas/outlets
∎ Collecting orders from dealers, distributors & retailers
∎ Calling buyers/customer premises regularly
∎ Preparing weekly/monthly sales plan and sending proposals to potential buyers
∎ Providing product, promotion and pricing information in line with ongoing sales strategy
∎ Preparing product presentation and giving demonstration
∎ Maintaining strong relation with existing clients and new customer
∎ Weekly business meeting with top management and providing market feedback
∎ Responsible for collecting the payment on time
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance
∎ Any other's task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in the ready-made garments industry/products will be preferred
∎ Professional attitude with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
∎ Excellent customer service and high-quality salesmanship skills
∎ Preparing report on sales and other related issues on weekly, monthly & yearly basis
∎ Capable of making effective communication/ correspondences via mail, phone & others mean to promote sales
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have computer proficiency (MS office suites, internet browsing, and email using capability)
