∎ Age 24 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Achieve targets as per Annual Business plan for the respective territory
∎ • Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyses key market trends
∎ • Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
∎ • Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
∎ • Understanding client requirement and sharing information with relevant stakeholders to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.
∎ • Attending sales meetings & negotiations with customers.
∎ • Track & report sales and marketing activities on periodic basis.
∎ • Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learnings and follow best practices.
∎ • Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.
∎ • Tracking Competition strategy and device counter for same. • Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax
∎ • Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
∎ • Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.
∎ • Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.
∎ • Business development through new applications/FOAK products. • Attend service call & troubleshooting.
