Responsibilities & Context:
Adex Group is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team as Sales Engineer specializing in the sales of Transformers, Switchgears, and Busbar Trunking Systems in Industrial sectors.
We place particular importance on applicants who have a Proven Sales Record in the Industry sectors, with measurable achievements in securing and expanding business within these domains.

Have a proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the Industry and Utility sectors.
Have in-depth market knowledge and a strong client network in the Sylhet, Bogura and Chattogram Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Adex’s product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor emerging market trends for sustainable sales growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Provide timely technical support and consultation to clients, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients and management.
Stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Utilize digital tools and reporting systems effectively for communication and performance tracking.
