  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

  • Smart, presentable, and self-motivated personality.

  • Fluency in Bangla and basic English communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Sales & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for customer consultation (both online and in person), handling queries related to job openings, maintaining communication with agents and clients, and executing digital marketing initiatives including promotional content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Consultation

  • Provide consultation to customers regarding overseas and local job opportunities (online and face-to-face).

  • Respond promptly to customer and agent queries regarding job openings and recruitment processes.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective candidates and agents.

  • Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams regarding candidate updates.

  • Provide feedback to customers and agents regarding documentation, interview schedules, and processing updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Digital Marketing & Promotion

  • Create promotional videos and photo cards for social media platforms.

  • Manage company social media pages and respond to online inquiries.

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Increase brand visibility through online engagement and promotional activities.
