Office Time: 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. 

𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • A thorough understanding of the sales process, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to establish and preserve customer connections.
  • Being able to handle customers while incoming or outgoing calls is a must by website, direct call & social media channel.
  • Determine selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Fully follow the prescribed sales roles and task details.
  • The person reporting assigns other responsibilities
  • Recognizing and addressing customer concerns and relaying information to the Supervisor.
  • Adhere to all data management & internal reporting norms like operational tracker, daily reporting etc.
  • Be a part of relevant internal training programs and coach review meetings for professional and personal development.
  • Coordination with the sales & marketing team.
  • Responding to customer queries shared on our facebook page/ whatsapp in a timely manner.
  • Attend all required front and backend programs, and act on all such activities like going through webinars, shadowing other coaches, being shadowed during the initial stages in order to familiarize oneself with the content completely.
  • Daily and monthly sales targets should be met.
