Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate sales team with all sales department needs, run reports for Management, manage schedules and support sales department associates to ensure all sales, and necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
∎ Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for the sales department in assigned communities.
∎ Preparing PowerPoint presentations for local/overseas customers.
∎ Communicate with overseas Customers, Agents and Local C&F agents as well as carriers.
∎ Maintain good relations with all our Overseas Agent, local Customers/other stakeholders
∎ Rate collection from various Agents or local stakeholders, Negotiation Rate & assure to serve the best service With competitive rate to Customer.
∎ Typing business letters, memorandums, standard operation forms, reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner as directed.
∎ Handle customers/ clients professionally.
∎ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
∎ Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
∎ Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
∎ Candidate must have experience in the Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry.
∎ Strong negotiation, observation, presentation, skills & professional approach.
∎ Smart and confident with a professional attitude
