∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule sales team meetings, customer meetings and conferences.
∎ Compile daily sales status of sales leads and providing sales data for further action.
∎ Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointments, follow up with customers about their sales, payment & dues, etc.
∎ Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff members, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
∎ Analyze sales trends and liaison with sales head to develop strategies to increase sales.
∎ Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for account statuses, and other problems.
∎ Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
∎ Support sales head in his day to day operations.
