• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• Interior & Construction service related client handling and sales conversion

• New client lead collection (Facebook, WhatsApp, Phone Call, Reference)

• Client requirement analysis and proper follow-up

• Site visit with client (if needed) and project discussion support

• Prepare quotation support and service explanation to clients

• Maintain good relationship with existing clients

• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with Design Team, Engineer & Project Team for smooth project execution

• Daily sales report and client update submission

🎯 Requirements:

• MBA / BBA in Marketing / Architecture Degree

• Good communication skill (Bangla & English)

• Experience in Interior/Construction sales will be preferred

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability

• Must be smart, confident, and target oriented

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheet

• Must be able to handle client professionally
