• Candidates with experience in the Jolshiri Project will be given high priority.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Call, meet, and build strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.

• Actively follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Conduct field visits to showcase land and projects to potential clients.

• Maintain and update the client database with accurate records of interactions and progress.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
