Responsibilities & Context:

Miro Solutions Limited is hiring a Sales Representative (2–5 years experience) with strong knowledge of lighting, interior products, and building materials. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects, interior designers, and contractors, promoting architectural and decorative lighting products, preparing quotations, closing sales, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring timely payment collection. Applicants must have solid technical understanding of LED lighting, ceiling systems, BOQ, and project based sales, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting, interior, and construction sectors.

• Generate leads from architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

• Promote company lighting products including architectural, decorative, commercial, and industrial lighting solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow ups.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with clients.

• Close sales effectively and ensure timely payment collection.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long term partnerships.
