Job Context:
∎ Malamal.xyz Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by converting leads into loyal customers through exceptional sales techniques, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Full time from 10am to 6pm (Holiday on Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager or team leader.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, services, pricing, and current promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
∎ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and refunds.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to enhance selling skills and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
∎ Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and market trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
