Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Associate – College & University Campaigns

• Represent the brand or institution professionally during on-campus and university campaigns

• Engage with students, parents, and faculty to promote programs, products, or services

• Explain offerings clearly, including features, benefits, pricing, and eligibility

• Generate leads and collect accurate contact information for follow-up

• Achieve daily/weekly sales or enrollment targets

• Assist prospects through the application or purchase process

• Address questions, concerns, and objections confidently

• Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions

• Coordinate with campaign managers and team members to meet goals

• Participate in training sessions and product briefings

• Set up, manage, and maintain promotional booths or kiosks

• Ensure compliance with campus rules and brand guidelines
