∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and service teams.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
∎ Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales and service staff.
∎ Develop and manage the sales and service budgets.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
