• Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Hotel Tourism

Requirements: 

• Must have experience in hotel sales (mandatory)

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience for Executive

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience for Senior Executive

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and deliver results

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment

• Good knowledge of corporate and travel trade market (Dhaka market preferred)

• Ability to travel for sales visits and client meetings

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators

• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate business

• Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Head of Sales

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate accounts

• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements

• Support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and group bookings

• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience

• Keep updated records of client interactions and sales activities (CRM/reporting)

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Participate in sales trips, promotional campaigns, and networking events

Requirements:
