  • Must have proven experience in hotel sales only (other industry experience will not be considered)

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2–3 years as Head of Sales / Senior Sales Leadership role

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong corporate client network will be highly preferred       

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results         Willingness to travel frequently (especially Dhaka and chittagong based corporate market) 



Responsibilities & Context:

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in hotel sales only (other industry experience will not be considered)

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2–3 years as Head of Sales / Senior Sales Leadership role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans with primary focus on corporate and institutional business

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure achievement

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agencies

  • Maintain and expand key accounts, especially in Dhaka and major business hubs

  • Plan and execute sales calls, client meetings, and presentations

  • Coordinate closely with Revenue, Front Office, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Ensure proper use of CRM systems, reporting, and sales tracking

  • Represent the hotel in corporate events, networking platforms, and trade activities.
