∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Visiting the market regularly to establish good business relationships with Interior firms, Corporate Office, Garments Factory, All kinds out late (Show Room), and related businesses.
∎ Responsible for establishing customer relationships and leading the pursuit and making opportunities to meet or exceed established goals.
∎ Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion new and existing customers
∎ Must Willing to travel by using public transport
∎ Own Biker/driving license holders will get a preference
∎ Working towards monthly, quarterly, or annual targets.
∎ Tender, RFQ Preparation, and Submission.
∎ Follow up the invoice Submission and bill Collection & the product delivery
∎ Meeting with clients Physically or virtually or during sales visits.
∎ Analysis of the market regarding product Demand creation of products for proper business
∎ To support in proposal preparation & submission, Follow upmarket, Technical query handling
∎ Reporting on daily activities
∎ To gain sufficient product Knowledge (Those products will be promoted)
∎ Digital Marketing.
∎ Knowledge of Electrical LED Lighting product, Sub-Station, UPS, IPS, Fire Detection & CCTV selling experience will be given preference.
∎ Must-Have Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
∎ Must have an adaptable attitude toward company culture.
∎ Candidates must have the working experience on industrial products' sale or marketing. Candidates who are from engineering background, completed their B.Sc. Engineering on EEE from the reputed organization in Bangladesh and Sales experience on relevant products/field will get the priority.
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ Experience Requirements At least 3 to 5 year(s) Electrical Products Sales & Marketing / Educational qualifications can be considered for those who have experience in relevant fields.
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales and Marketing, Direct Sales, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills
