Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops marketing strategies for assigned company projects.
∎ Implements and tracks marketing strategies using various channels including print, email, social media etc.,
∎ Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identifies trends and insights and optimizes cost saving and performance based on the insights.
∎ Develops and implements new and creative growth strategies for company products and services.
∎ Collaborates with internal and external teams to drive sales and marketing goals.
∎ Develops strategies to optimize user experience with company products and services.
∎ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Identifies customer pain points and develops solutions to alleviate those.
∎ Identifies critical conversion points to optimize user funnels.
∎ Develops and implements customer service strategies.
∎ Trains and manages appropriate staff.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 year experience in sales and marketing.
∎ Experience in pharmaceuticals industry.
∎ Experience in working collaboratively in a team or leading a team.
