Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile or Power ((for Sales and Marketing)), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing ((for Sales and Marketing)), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture Engineering ((for Business Development))

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key stakeholders (customers/agents/dealers/distributors etc.);
∎ Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to identify new customer opportunities;
∎ Data collection of new prospects and follow up through the demand of them;
∎ Accomplish sales target & develop the new spectrum of the market;
∎ Display and deliver product competency analysis and promoting the line of products to the customers;
∎ Prepare & implement periodic action plans in collaboration with the branch head.
∎ Handle credit sales & realization;
∎ Optimize customer-service standards & develop efficient service system in the region;
∎ Arrange & conduct various market promotional activities on new product/s with the local customers and develop product awareness;
∎ Product demonstration and provide training to the customers how to operate the machines in the field;
∎ Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies in order to attract potential customers;
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks & other offices if required;
∎ Other tasks as per the requirement of the company;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sales/marketing of Farm Machineries (Harvester, Tractor, Trailer, Power Tiller), Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, etc.;
∎ Good interpersonal skill;
∎ Ability to learn and understand the Agriculture Machineries market;
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics;
∎ Ability to write monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork;
∎ Skilled in operating MS Office and internet use;
∎ Having a valid Motorcycle Driving License;

Salary:
