Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and MBA in Marketing, or, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Agricultural with MBA in Marketing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Experience in Farm Machineries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Farming, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan;
∎ Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention;
∎ Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications;
∎ Partnering with creative teams, other internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors;
∎ Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation;
∎ Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales;
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal process;
∎ Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets;
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand;
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands;
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items;
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
∎ Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization;
∎ A data-driven approach to problem-solving;
∎ Excellent report writing ability;
∎ Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results;
∎ Exposure to digital and direct response marketing;
∎ Strong project management skills;
∎ Ability to extensive field visit as per the business requirement;
∎ Excellent networking skills, especially about distribution channels and social media;
∎ Understanding of public relations;
∎ Advanced communication skills;
∎ Ability to quickly adapt to change;
