Job Context:
∎ IEMCS Ltd. is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager The person will draw the right plan, implement and attract new business opportunities and most importantly generate the revenue.
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka (may be required to travel outside of Dhaka)
∎ Contract duration: Initially for a period of 1 year, may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing focused customer growth based on the requirements of IEMCS Ltd. Management
∎ Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans.
∎ Conduct market research to identity new opportunities
∎ Create sales and marketing plan and execute plans
∎ Developing brand awareness strategies
∎ Identifying new leads, new business opportunities for revenue generation
∎ Building and maintaining strategic business relationship
∎ Building KPIs (key performance indicators) and maintaining them
∎ Ensuring all marketing data is up to date
∎ To work on promoting business services
∎ Responsible for end to end processes with clients
∎ Coordinate with client's onsite staff to resolve queries with a proactive approach
∎ Preparation of marketing strategies for the company
∎ Monitor and evaluate performances of Marketing Officers/executives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Not less than 5 years experience as Sales and Marketing Manager of a well-known company, preference will be given to a candidate having experience of Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Detailed knowledge of market region including prospective opportunities in all target markets.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
∎ Working with the ERP platform would be considered as an added advantage.
