∎ Post Graduates in Marketing from any reputed Private/Public University (B.B.A/ M.B.A)

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Probation Period: 3-6 months
∎ Office Time: 09:30am-06:30pm (Six days)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
∎ Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
∎ Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
∎ Design different campaigns, offers, and coordinate with vendors
∎ Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
∎ Determine and manage the marketing budget
∎ Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
∎ Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
∎ Create marketing presentations
∎ Liaise with media and advertising
∎ Collaborate with the sales function
∎ Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
∎ Track performance of all marketing campaigns
∎ Monitor industry best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Only 02 - 03 years e-commerce experience will get preference. Experienced applicants should have Knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development for e-commerce business.

∎ PREFERRED SKILLS:
∎ Good command in MS Office Suite especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Strong analytical skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25,000 to Tk. 35,000 (depends on experience)
