Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation especially in Finance, Operation Management, International Business or Marketing from reputed local public, private or foreign universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
∎ Planning and preparing presentations, developing customer satisfaction goals, and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Continuously develop, adapt, and update standard operating procedures for various areas of fulfillment.
∎ Overseeing the development of overall financing activities of the organization.
∎ Regular meetings with the Chief operating officer around fiscal planning & development.
∎ Manage Salesforce database housing key sales content (pitch decks, proposals, pricing, contract templates, etc.)
∎ Provide analytical support on tasks such as pricing analysis, competitive research, customer profiling, etc.
∎ Work with Finance to develop an accurate sales forecast.
∎ Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
∎ Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
∎ Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
∎ Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Al least 3 Years' experience is needed in the E-commerce field in a renowned organization.
∎ Must be technological savvy, especially in Advance Microsoft office programs
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Male and females both are allowed to apply for this post
∎ Must have communication and negotiation skills
∎ The candidate must look good, smart, and energetic
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
