Job Context:
∎ Probation Period: 3-6 months
∎ Office Time: 09:30am-06:30pm (Six days)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
∎ Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
∎ Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
∎ Design different campaigns, offers, and coordinate with vendors
∎ Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
∎ Determine and manage the marketing budget
∎ Deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget
∎ Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
∎ Create marketing presentations
∎ Liaise with media and advertising
∎ Collaborate with the sales function
∎ Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
∎ Track performance of all marketing campaigns
∎ Monitor industry best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ EXPERIENCE
∎ Only 02 - 03 years of e-commerce experience will get preference. Experienced applicants should have
∎ Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for e-commerce businesses.
∎ PREFERRED SKILLS
∎ Good command in MS Office Suite especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
