• Prior experience in customer service, shipping, or commercial departments is an added advantage

• Strong network and proven track record with buyers, buying offices, and exporters across various trade commodities

• Solid knowledge of global shipping routes and major ports

• Proven track record of communicating with shipping lines and air lines

• Solid knowledge in communicating and negotiating with oversea agents.

• Strong reporting and analytical skills; ability to prepare and present sales and marketing plans

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients
