• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a diploma in a related field from a reputed university or institution

• Prior experience in customer service, shipping, or commercial departments will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of global shipping routes and major ports is a plus

• Experience in communicating and negotiating with overseas agents is an added advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external clients are essential

• Ability to prepare and present sales and marketing plans with strong reporting and analytical skills
