Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
* Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
* Develop and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and demos.
* Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT or software industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Bangla).
* Ability to understand and explain software solutions to non-technical clients.
* Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
* Experience with international clients, software project bidding, and CRM tools will be a strong advantage.
