Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Proactively identify and research potential leads, customers, and market segments. Use various online and offline sources to collect data and create a database of potential clients.
∎ • 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ • 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
∎ • 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ • 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
∎ • 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
∎ • 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽: Gather feedback from clients and market interactions to improve our products/services and sales processes.
