Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and visit potential furniture shops to introduce Bohu’s products and present distribution opportunities.
∎ Explain Bohu's offerings to shop owners, including the product range, commission structure, and partnership benefits.
∎ Negotiate terms, create distribution deals, and ensure Bohu’s products are stocked in partner shops.
∎ Work towards achieving daily visit targets and meeting monthly sales objectives.
∎ Collaborate with management to finalize agreements after initial negotiations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure successful product placement and sales growth.
∎ Follow up with distributors to monitor product performance, ensure availability, and address any concerns.
∎ Track sales of Bohu’s products and collect payments from distributors in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain detailed records of daily visits, agreements, sales, and payments for reporting purposes.
∎ Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
