Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquire adequate knowledge about all the products of the company
∎ Collection of Market Information about competitors’ products and Analysis thereof.
∎ Identification of potential customers
∎ Maintenance of positive relationship with potential customers
∎ Be proactive in building and maintaining relationship with customers.
∎ Create both existing and new customers / clients’ portfolio and monitor regularly
∎ Management of risk issues efficiently
∎ Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of the supplied item according to customers information and deal pipeline materials on relevant system as required
∎ Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationship, anticipate customer needs and provide superior quality service.
∎ Develop excellent relationship with other stakeholders e.g; Bankers for generating new customer leads.
∎ Collect payment from customer as per company policy.
