∎ Responsibilities in the position includes but not limit to as following:
∎ 1. Collecting Monthly Tour Plan.
∎ 2. Daily basis Tracking Field Forces, Identifying loopholes and keeping records.
∎ 3. Daily basis Accumulation of Morning & Evening meeting information.
∎ 4. Random basis communication with distributors and Field forces.
∎ 5. DB Help Line (Receiving queries and help request from Distributors and sharing with the relevant department).
∎ 6. Weekly Distributor stock report Collection & Accumulation.
∎ 7. Depot stock refilling & monitoring (Short dated & Damage).
∎ 8. Route Development Monitoring.
∎ 9. Daily SO Vacancy Monitoring.
∎ 10. Writing Letters to Distributors & Field forces (Bangla & English).
∎ 11.Any other task as and when required by management
